This was the rope swing! I started from the top of this picture. Landed a bit on rocks mostly in water. When you zoom in on the photo you can see the rope falling also.

Damage report. Doesnt look that bad. But trust me it is a really deep graze. A bit of bruising is coming up now to. This was on my first Kayaking trip when i was learning. This is what they would call a small "hole". The water comes down off a rock like a waterfall and makes wirlpool thing round it.

This is me getting the nose of my canoe in the hole. Its a trick. It then pushs your kayak up vertical if you do it right. This is from the second trip when i hurt myself. We are under a waterfall the guide is taking the photo. I didnt get any photos of the big rapids from the second trip. Coz taking a photo while Kayaking grade 4 Rapids is easier said than done.
